HOW MANY GUESTS WILL THE BANK ACCOMMODATE?

The Bank's main event space can accommodate up to 155 guests. With a dance floor, the main event space will accommodate up to 125 guests. The overlooking loft level will accommodate up to 65 additional guests. 

DO YOU EVER HOLD MORE THAN ONE EVENT IN A DAY?

Absolutely not. When you book The Bank's event space, it becomes exclusively yours for the day.

DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING AND BAR SERVICE?

We have curated a Preferred Vendors list for your convenience. If, however, you have a different caterer and/or bar service in mind, you are welcome to use them. The Bank provides a professional caterer's kitchen and a custom wet bar for their use. 

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

The Bank's two rear parking lots hold 36 cars. There are two free public parking lots within a five-minute walk, in addition to street parking. East Aurora is a safe and walkable community.

HOW MANY RESTROOMS DO YOU HAVE?

The bank has five well-appointed unisex restrooms. It also has a private, wheelchair accessible restroom.

DO YOU HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING?

Yes! The Bank has brand new, state of the art HVAC systems to ensure the year-round comfort of you and your guests. 

WHAT IS A CUSTOM LIGHTING SCHEME?

The Bank's main event space lighting - chandeliers, skylight and bar front - are 100% customizable. Included in your booking is a choice from one of four multi-color lighting schemes, or three custom single-color lighting schemes (see Weddings & Events for a video preview).  More complex lighting schemes are available at a charge of $50 per hour for setup.

WHAT IS THE ANTIQUE CAR PHOTO OP?

We have two stunning antique cars - a 1930 Pierce Arrow and a 1930 Auburn. Included in your booking is a photo op with the car of your choice (weather permitting). It will be parked outside The Bank - an incredible style signature to welcome your guests! 

WHAT IS THE SHARED ALBUM ON THE DIRECTORY?

We retrofitted a vintage brass bank directory to display real-time images, then created unique vignettes around The Bank where guests can take terrific photos and post them to a shared album. These images play on the directory during your event!
It's impossible to take in everything that happens during your reception. Instead of a photo booth where every shot is the same, this candid collection really captures the look and feel of your day. You'll have a fabulous digital album of all your family and friends celebrating your love! 

ARE THERE ACCOMODATIONS NEARBY?

Yes.  In addition to Beneath The Bank's seven overnight rooms, the Hampton Inn has eighty and the Roycroft Inn has thirty seven.  The Hampton Inn is a five minute walk, the Roycroft is a ten minute walk or a very short drive.  The Carriage House at Rushing Waters, a 1,700 square feet house, is also available.
